Our story begins on Thassos.
Some answers do not come immediately.
They require a journey.
Ours began on the island of Thassos — a land of sun, sea, and ancient olive trees. A place where tradition still lives in silence, and time moves more slowly.
One summer, we left comfort behind and set out without a precise map. Only with the belief that nature always guides those who know how to listen.
We traveled through Greece — across small villages, old olive groves, and forgotten paths. We met people who do not rush. People who do not measure time in years, but in harvests.
Everywhere, we tasted olive oils. Some were good. Others were beautiful. But none carried the feeling we were searching for.
Until the road led us to a place where olives grow more slowly, and silence truly matters.
